On behalf of the Texas Beekeepers Association (TBA), we are excited to invite you to stay connected with our members all year long through our social media accounts and in-person events being held throughout the year. Today, many challenges face the industry that endanger the very existence of nature’s most valuable insect. From diseases, shrinking habitat, and detrimental legislation, Texas beekeepers rely on the TBA for the education and support they need to succeed in the business of keeping bees.

Our events have some of the largest audiences of beekeepers in the state. The TBA Clinic is the summer’s hallmark event, promising the most up-to-date information within the beekeeping industry and fantastic opportunities to network with 700+ beekeepers eager to learn about the latest beekeeping technologies and innovations. Our support of the honey booth at the Texas State Fair allows us to connect with thousands of potential and current beekeepers and others in the community who feel passionate about the honey bee. The TBA convention, held over 2 days, allows participants to meet and discuss in-depth current issues connected with our industry. For many attendees, our annual events serve as their primary opportunity to stay informed about the hottest products and services offered by our exhibitors and sponsors.

Contributions or gifts to Texas Beekeepers Association are not tax deductible as charitable contributions. However, they may be tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses.

TRADITIONAL BOOTH SPACE – $200

Our classic booth located in exhibitor room. Your choice of booth location in non-premium area. Reservations are based on first come first served availability, receipt of contract, and receipt of payment in full. The price of the booth includes 2 tables and 2 chairs*

TABLE SPACE – $150

Perfect for exhibitors who want a place to meet attendees. These tables are outside of the main exhibitor room and are limited to display items on top of table only. The price of the table space includes 1 table and 2 chairs**

EVENT BAG – $50

Can’t exhibit but still want to get your business information in the hands of the attendees? We’ve got you covered with our event bag. Your provided promotional material will be placed in the bag, which is given out to all attendees ***
* There is a 2 table and 2 chair limit per each booth space. Electrical power outlet provided at an additional cost of $55 per needed outlet, which must be ordered and paid for before the event. Limit 2 booth spaces per exhibitor. First come, first served upon completed registration form, acceptance by TBA, and receipt of payment.
Platinum, Gold, and Silver sponsor level prices include stated exhibitor booth space, 2 tables and 2 chairs per space, 1 electrical outlet, and free access to event venue wifi as referenced on page 4 of this event packet.
** Tables are located outside of the dedicated exhibitor room. Exhibitor Items and signage limited to table area only. Limit 1 reserved table space per exhibitor. Price includes 1 table and 2 chairs. Electrical outlet can be provided at an additional cost of $55 per needed outlet, which must be ordered and paid for before the event.
*** Business material must be received at the designated address 30 days before the event as stated in the terms and agreement. Price includes 1 piece of material per business. Additional pieces are an additional $25 each. This offer is limited to non-exhibitors only.
