Relating to the farm and ranch survey conducted by the comptroller for purposes of estimating the productivity value of qualified open-space land as part of the study of school district taxable values.
This bill was filed by Senator Perry to address improving the accuracy of the farm and ranch survey conducted by the Comptroller to assist in arriving at more accurate and consistent productivity values for qualified open-space land.
Why it matters to TBA?
