These exemption labels, adhered to the top of your honey jar/container, provide the addition language required in Senate Bill 1766.  As a benefit to our members, TBA has printed these labels in bulk quantities and have made them available to you.  Rolls include 500 labels.

Description

Texas Senate Bill 1766 allows hobby beekeepers to produce and sell 2,500 pounds of honey per year without a food manufacturing license.  The bill does have specific labeling and sales provisions.  These exemption labels, adhered to the top of your honey jar/container, provide the addition language required in Senate Bill 1766.

As a benefit to our members, TBA has printed these labels in bulk quantities and have made them available to you.  Rolls include 500 labels.

      Nancy, the labels are 1 and a quarter inches in diameter and will fit on the top of a standard round honey lid that goes on a lb jar or teddy bear.
